How it works

You bring the players.
We bring everything else.

What pay per head actually means, what happens in the ten minutes after you sign up, and what stays yours.

A bookie needs three things. We supply two of them.

A place for players to bet. Prices that are not wrong. Someone awake when it breaks at 3am on a Sunday.

Pay per head is the arrangement where a provider supplies all three and charges a weekly fee for each player who uses them. It is called per head because the bill follows your players, not your ambitions: twelve active players is a twelve-player bill.

Getting started

What the first ten minutes look like.

Minute 0

You submit the form

Name, email and a phone we can reach you on. Your login credentials arrive the moment you send it — not after a call, not the next business day.

Minutes 1–5

You tell us your limits

Maximum wager per sport, payout caps, which bet types you allow. Limits are a decision, not a setting, so this is the part we do together.

Minutes 5–10

We configure the platform

Sportsbook, casino and racebook set up as one, with your leagues and your tracks. Your player accounts created and ready to hand out.

From there

You take bets

Your players log in from any phone or computer. No app to install, no download to explain. You watch the action land on the ticker.

The division of labour

What changes,
and what does not.

The worry every bookie has before switching is that he is handing over his business. He is not. What he hands over is the part that never made him money.

We take over

The work that never earned you anything
  • Line management and odds updates, around the clock
  • Grading wagers and tracking every transaction
  • Hosting, uptime and the 3am phone call
  • Player support, in English, Spanish and Chinese
  • Keeping it working on every phone your players own

You keep

Everything that was actually your business
  • Your players. We never contact them or market to them
  • Your limits, your credit decisions, your collections
  • Your lines — adjust them per player or across the board
  • Your money. We take a weekly fee, not a cut of losses
  • Your name on the whole thing
Beyond the software

The part nobody mentions until you need it.

Software is the easy half. The half that decides whether a book survives its first bad month is everything around it: knowing a player is picking you off before he does it twice, and having somebody to ask.

These come with the platform rather than as an upsell.

  • Bet alerts on Telegram or email. A ping when a wager crosses the size you care about, so you are not refreshing a screen all Sunday.
  • Risk management and player analysis. Bot prevention and monitoring that flags suspicious patterns early, before they cost you a season.
  • Reports for master agents. If you run sub-agents, distribution reports that show performance per agent instead of one pile of numbers.
  • A site your players trust. Mobile-ready templates, or custom branding if you want the book to look like yours and nobody else's.

Moving a book is the part everyone puts off.

Usually because the last time went badly: players lost, limits wrong, a weekend of phone calls. So our staff does most of it, and you keep taking bets while it happens.

Tell us what you had and we rebuild it — the accounts, the limits per player and per sport, the settings. If you want to change something you never liked about the old setup, this is the moment.
