Answers

Before you start taking action.

Straight answers, including the ones about what we do not do.

What does it mean to rent a sportsbook?

Renting a sportsbook means you use our ready-made betting software, lines, casino and racebook under your own operation. We host and maintain the platform and support you 24/7, while you manage your players and your business.

What is pay per head (PPH)?

Pay per head is a pricing model where bookies pay a small weekly fee for each active player instead of paying to build and run their own sportsbook software.

How much does it cost to rent a sportsbook?

$9 per active player per week. That includes pregame sportsbook, EZ Live Betting, virtual casino, horses and props. You only pay for players who place a bet that week.

What counts as an active player?

A player is counted as active in any week they place at least one wager. Players who do not bet that week are not charged.

How fast can I start taking bets?

Once you sign up and tell us how you want your book configured, your accounts can be ready in as little as 10 minutes.

Can I move my players from another pay per head provider?

Yes. Tell us what you need and our staff handles most of the migration for you, including setting up your players, limits and settings.

What is included in the $9 per head plan?

Every player gets access to our pregame sportsbook, EZ Live Betting, virtual casino, horses and props, all for $9 per active player per week.

Do I need my own betting licence?

We provide the software and the support; we do not take wagers. Whether you need a licence depends on where you and your players are located, and that is your responsibility as the operator. If you are not sure, talk to a lawyer in your jurisdiction before you take action.

How much money do I need to start a sportsbook?

Our side costs $9 per active player per week, with no setup fee and nothing owed before your first player bets. What you actually need is a bankroll: enough cash to pay winners on a bad weekend before your losing players settle up. How much that is depends on the limits you set, and it is the first thing we go through with you.

Who handles the money between me and my players?

You do. We supply the platform, the lines and the support; we never hold player funds, extend credit or collect on your behalf. You decide who gets credit, how much, and how you settle. We bill you weekly for active players and that is the only money that moves through us.

Can I run sub-agents under my own account?

Yes. If you bring on other agents you get distribution reports that show performance per agent instead of one combined figure, so you can see what each of them is producing and settle with them separately.

Can I set different limits for different players?

Yes, and this is where most of your profit is decided. Limits go per player, per sport, per league and per game period, and you can also set credit limits, temporary credit with an expiry, minimum bets and confirmation delays on individual accounts.

What happens if something breaks during a game?

Support is available around the clock, for you and for your players, in English and Spanish. The platform is hosted and monitored on our side, so a problem at 3am on a Sunday is our phone call to take, not yours.

Can my players bet from their phones?

Yes. The sportsbook, casino and racebook work from any phone, tablet or desktop browser, with no app to install.

Still not sure?

Tell us how you run your book and we will tell you straight whether this fits. No pressure.
